What are FIT and ON FIRE ZOOM Classes?

Whether you're starting over from square 1 or just looking to explore a new way of training from home, these weekly classes will get you fired up for movement. 

The 3x per week LIVE training format will provide the guidance and coaching you need to fall in love with exercise and finally be consistent with a movement training program, all from a Christ-centered perspective.


Be coached right from your living room for 3x 60 minute classes per week! The ZOOM platform allows your coach to see your movement patterns, offer opportunities to grow and be challenged, and have fun in community with other participants!


Set your goals and get weekly accountability check-ins through our platform! Also, jump into the community chat where you can connect with other women on the same journey to a Godly, healthy life-style! Share wins, ask for prayer, and grow together.

CEO and Founder of FIT and ON FIRE, Bachelor's Kinesiology

Hi my love, I'm Briana! It's my mission to help women to live life FIT and ON FIRE for Jesus. 

As a kinesiologist with 13 years of experience and a daughter of the Most High King, I equip women with the science and Biblical wisdom to enjoy Holy Spirit-led functional training!

What is the commitment?

The commitment is about 2-4 hours per week. 

Each workout session is 60 minutes, beginning with a devotional and prayer, a warm up, the working sets, ending with a mobilizing cool down. 

You'll also be invited to join our group coaching zoom calls 4x per month. Bring your questions about all things Jesus, fitness, nutrition & doing life with God at the center. 

What is the investment?

If it feels like a good fit for you, you can get started for just $49 for your first month. This includes everything you need to be successful: weekly accountability & check-ins, group zoom call, community chat, 3 live sessions per week, and bonus 1x follow along mobility session.

Why invite the Holy Spirit into fitness?

Most Christian fitness programs focus on discipline saying something like "it's your responsibility to care of your body because it is it the temple of the Holy Spirit", which is true... But it is actually through surrender that we become the container for more. More of the Holy Spirit, more gifts of the Holy Spirit, and more trust to be God's hands & feet on the earth.

Jesus's sacrifice on the cross redeemed us to purity so that He could send His Holy Spirit to live inside us and guide us (John 14:26). Inviting Him into every aspect of your life creates a level of intimacy that actually transforms you from the inside out, without white-knuckling, but through a beautiful relationship.

We don't just chase being fit for ourselves, we are pursuing to live FIT and ON FIRE for Jesus so that He transforms and strengthens us to be the light to a dark world.
