What is the commitment?
The commitment is about 2-4 hours per week.
Each workout session is 60 minutes, beginning with a devotional and prayer, a warm up, the working sets, ending with a mobilizing cool down.
You'll also be invited to join our group coaching zoom calls 4x per month. Bring your questions about all things Jesus, fitness, nutrition & doing life with God at the center.

Why invite the Holy Spirit into fitness?
Most Christian fitness programs focus on discipline saying something like "it's your responsibility to care of your body because it is it the temple of the Holy Spirit", which is true... But it is actually through surrender that we become the container for more. More of the Holy Spirit, more gifts of the Holy Spirit, and more trust to be God's hands & feet on the earth.
Jesus's sacrifice on the cross redeemed us to purity so that He could send His Holy Spirit to live inside us and guide us (John 14:26). Inviting Him into every aspect of your life creates a level of intimacy that actually transforms you from the inside out, without white-knuckling, but through a beautiful relationship.
We don't just chase being fit for ourselves, we are pursuing to live FIT and ON FIRE for Jesus so that He transforms and strengthens us to be the light to a dark world.
